What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

All of ours items are carefully inspected for quality before being delivered. When your items arrive it's super important that you check them carefully, as we'll ask you to sign a form confirming that the product was in good stead when you received it.


If you're unhappy with the goods when you inspect them, please let our delivery partner know or note this on the form. You can then contact your support team member and we'll fix any issues swiftly.
