Can I return my order?
Standard orders of items that are held in stock
Standard orders of items that are held in stock are eligible for return. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods and require all returns to be in an unused, fully resalable condition, within their original packaging.
For large or fragile items, we can help arrange a specialist furniture handler to manage the return. The direct cost of this will deducted from the amount refunded to you.
For smaller items, you are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. We advise that all returns are insured, as damaged items are not eligible for returns. If preferred, a member of our team will be happy to arrange collection of the goods for you, with the direct cost this being deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Items that are made to order
All made to order items are clearly labelled on our website and are unable to be returned or exchanged once they have entered production.
You should be careful to ensure that you have checked the dimensions of the item to be sure that it will fit through all doorways and stairwells.
We have no liability for items ordered that a customer no longer requires. Once an order has been processed the customer is liable to purchase the item/s.
